Please explain in greater detail. I'm not about to dig through a video to find what exactly you're talking about.
Sorry didn't know they had that on. But on deadlock for Red team they can get spawn trapped inside their base by the blues and it becomes real hard to get out. it becomes very boring and stupid that the other team cannot get out.
It's not a Red team centric issue, as Blue team can also be spawn "trapped" in their base as well. I say "trapped" because they can still make a coordinated push to break out of their base and reclaim map control. This is neither a game ending or game breaking scenario, as a team in this situation can still surmount a come back. Currently, this is the best possible setup for spawns on the map given the information we have on the spawn system. If 343 would divulge more information about the weightings, I could improve on the map's spawns. The alternative to this current setup would be for players to be spawning at random out in the open, which was one of the largest complaints about the map before now. Most players would rather spawn in the relative safety of their base rather than out in the open while the other team has map control.
Were you playing solo, or in a team of 8? I believe the issue is more about teams being unable to pull off a coordinated push because everybody is in separate parties. Also, what Schnitzel said about lack of spawning information from 343i.
