Hello, Curious if anyone has any unique game mode ideas planned once Halo 4 releases or if they have some from the previous games that they plan on carrying to the next. I would really like to see original game modes such as how zombie first started out and became infection which is now a full game mode.
I make mostly mini-games, so until they do something about the gametype situation I can't really do very much. I want to remake Jenga and Trash Compactor the most haha. Something strangely satisfying about flinging large objects at other players
Jenga is going to be a really hard mini game to remake now that you cant edit the starting weapons for the infected player, you could still use the items you could move with the sword, but any items you moved with the grav hammer are going to be hard to incorporate
That's bugged me ever since I saw what Flood really was. They took away a pretty major part of Halo 3 custom games and most minigames where the zombies required different weapons despite how cool they look. Petition to bring infection and territories gametypes back.
I would love to have territories back, granted Reach had too many game types, there is no denying that. However when you remove game types that have been around since Halo CE, you take away from the community that likes to get nostalgic and play all those old maps with the games you played with with 16 people in one house and all the xboxs connected via system link. But here's hoping they bring them back soon just like they added extraction.
