Fix the text, and I bet it will be 10x better Don't put it back there, bring it forward and make it so it is easily visible, make it a thin, easy to read text..and place it in a place that doesn't disrupt the flow. It has good placement right now however, but try a little experimentation. Also, the area to the right is oddly blurred...hmmm, not sure what you could do there, maybe unblur that area? Just experiment a bit aha! Other than that, I think it looks pretty sick!
