This is what i think IW should have done with scrambler and cold blooded pro Scrambler: Not just scramble the radar but scramble enemy electronics too, in the same way EMP does. Cold blooded pro: Along with its usually abilities they should have added enemies have no aiming assist on you. Those would have been sweet...
Xray = no one could hide and 1/4 your deaths would be though walls.... Maybe as a 5-6 death streak it would be great. Earthquake = 99.99% of players with this would have it and you would be earthquaked 1/2 the game.... Smile = same as earthquake. Everyone would have it and you couldn't see for most the game.... In other words, there over powered like no other!!!! (X-Ray would be mean as a death streak though)
ima bring up my quickdraw again- faster weapon switch time pro-get 100 kills with your secondary to unlock use equipment faster (throw c4s faster, etc.) this seems like a good perk to me.
I would like all you people who think camping one spot for longer than a minute is bad, I want you guys to think about something. If you were in a REAL battle, Would you seriously run out into the enemies line of fire instead of waiting for them to die/leave? Perk: Pain Revivor Number: 2 Effect: You bullets to JUST as much damage to people with Painkiller on as to people without. Pro: Bullets do 1.5X Damage to people with painkiller on. (I hate painkiller) Perk: Thermal FTL Number: 3 Effect: You are invisible (They Cannot see you AT ALL. With or without ADS) to people who have a thermal scope attached to their weapon. Pro: Everyone on your team has Cold Blooded Perk: Stop Ruining Snipers Number: 2 Effect: Damage that would be delt to you from the WA-2000 is dimmed to only 5% damage Pro: WA-2000 cannot deal any damage to you.
Perk: Frag spam. Does - infinite frags Pro - increases range to that of a javelin. To obtain pro - kill 100 noobs that are camping, shotgunning, noobtubing, heartbeating, or riot shielding.
Anti-Noob Does: Makes noobs quit when you shoot them. If someone who is good is shot by someone using this perk, nothing will happen. They will just be normally damaged. Noobs cannot unlock this perk. Pro: Shooting noobs using this perk will make their MW2 disc explode. To obtain pro: Make 100 noobs quit while using this perk That. Would. Be. The. Best. Perk. Ever. Seriously now: Slot 3 Name: You're on your own Does: Enemies have no aiming assist on you. Pro: Enemy radar is scrambled when they are near you (like scrambler).
Name: Gods speed Slot: 3 Does: Doubles your running speed when holding an objective (Flag, bomb etc...) Pro: Removes "KILL" sign above your head when carrying objective (Flag etc.....)
rocket block blocks rockets that try to desytor any of your kill steaks pro- takes only 1 bullet to blow up any kill steak

Killstreak Keeper Slot: #3 Description: Displays on your screen the person with the highest killstreak. Pro Bonus: Displays the killstreaks of the person with the highest killstreak. Attachmentive Slot: #3 Description: Allows you to have three attachments for primary weapon at the cost of half of your ammo. Pro Bonus: Allows your second weapon to have three attachments. Invincible Slot: DeathStreak (3 times killed) Description: Makes you invulnerable for four seconds, invulnerability ends when a trigger button is pressed (Gun fired, claymore placed, grenade thrown, etc.).

Tier 3 perk Juggler: Description: When picking up a grenade off the ground and throwing it, its cooking time resets. Pro Bonus: Larger radius to pick a grenade up from the ground. Tier 1 perk Eagle Eye Description: To you, enemy weapon muzzle flash is bigger and brighter. Pro bonus: Suppressed enemy weapons have muzzle flash. Tier 2 perk Shark: Description: When you shoot someone and they are bleeding out (screen flashing red) who ever you shot is highlighted red and can be seen through walls until they stop bleeding out. Pro Bonus: The enemy you shot is seen on your map as a bright red dot until they stop bleeding out.
Used Man, your ideas are made of win. How about a perk so that whenever anybody knifes you. They explode in confetti and make the grunt birthday party noise.
1 shot 1 kill 2 purpose: when you shoot someone they die like in real life pro: killcams dont lie and say you didnt hit them at all haaha. Thats what cod needs. For real though... endure 3 When you are shot blood does not cover your screen pro: Reduces kick from gun while being shot
