Hi, everyone ! I just got here on ForgeHub, and I'd like to share my creation. Mercy and Fascination It's a pretty big map, I tried ro recreate this beautiful ship that we can see during " Long Night of Solace ". There is nothing inside it, because I didn't have enough budget for that. I have another version, where I made both the inside and the outside ( less detailled ), but I don't think I'll post it here. The view from above : The view from the bottom : The front from above : The front from the bottom : Its side : The back of the ship : That's it. I hope you'll like it. PS : Special thanks to SnR Fal.
very nicely done i love the curvature of the sides and you have some very nice use of the ramp circular smalls all it needs to do now is fire plasma from the sides... dont we all wish lol very nice job but is there so much frame rate you wont even be able to look and enjoy it? its been a while since ive seen something this big without frame rate lag really badly.
Is this the same one that is in the campaign. I really Cant tell the difference. This is very well done. How Long did it take you to do it?
That is a long time! =P but it looks so good, the curves around the ship are amazing and the front of the ship aswell. But it really looks like an Corvette, i remember playing Long Night Of Solace, attacking the engines of the Corvette, and wiping out the covenant. If this had an inside, it would be amazing too play, like an invasion gametype. Plant the bomb at the engines, capture the mid point, and eventually securing the core. Also alot of sky combat, mainly between banshees and falcons of course. Very nice job on this, what are you forging next?
Sorry for my delay in responding. Currently I am on the other map competitive. But I have a big project in mind, I would not say more.
You need to make your ship more of a smother design to it. I understand bigger designs are harder to build. Try redoing this map and use less "glass objects". But you also need to keep a rough look to it also.
This acually looks amazing. The detail is incredible, and its a shame you werent able to make an inside. I havnt been on forgehub since Reach came out, but coming back Im glad people can still deliver on great looking maps. Great job and keep forging.
