    Inspired by other campaign remakes and my desire to make my own, I set out on a quest for a canvas to forge. I believe I successfully remade a small-team map from Reach.

    Making this map was both a joy and a challenge. The main challenge being a place to forge it and dealing with accuracy. I literally started over twice due to mistakes. If I had to pick other challenges they would have to be the terra-forming and coloseum wall flooring. I measured distances by walking from point A to point B and writing down how long it took. Sadly, I could not make the forklift, so I replaced with fusion coils. I was, however able to recreate the trucks, which I am fairly proud of.

    Finishing had to be one of the greatest feeling Ive gotten, having achieved next to nothing in my life, besides my school grades. I would not rest until everything in the map was smooth and identical to the campaign mission, with some leniency for the aesthetics. In the end, I even impressed myself with the accuracy of the map and smoothness of the rocks.

    Grenade Launcher x1, 90res, 4 shots

    Fusion Coil x2

    V 1.3 Changes:
    - Sniper respawn changed to 135s
    - Grenade Launcher now appears in team games.
    - soft kills in tele fixed

    mno my gowrd. this map turned out fantastic. I'm happy to see you replaced the grav lift with a teleporter.. very wise choice. but i'm disappointed that you didnt keep the smiley face i forged for you on the front of that truck. every map needs a smiley face. anyway, great forging this is a fun map to play, i liked infection the most. stockpile 1v1 wasnt fair though.. because you're better than me at internet halo

    Wow you posted it, I had almost completely forgot about this map. When I first saw it it took me about a minute to figure out what it was. I liked the fact you turned the campaign into a actual competitive map. Nice Job.

    yay its up! i remember playin this map a month or 2 ago in a lobby and no one even told me it was a campaign remake, but i immediatley figured it out just a few secs into the game. the layout looks spot on and i had a blast playing this. definetly one of my favorite campaign remakes. btw the truck is boss. :)

    I love remakes of areas from campaign, this seems fun for 2v2 or maybe 3v3, you have my download.


    EDIT: i tried some invasion and the 3rd objective doesent work, please fix that

    I remember the first time I saw you forging this, the hour that it took me to realise what part of the campaign it was and the first times we tested it with our betrayal infection and non-working CTF game, alot of memories on a great remake

    It's a shame that you couldn't do anymore to the top ledge. This is a pretty accurate remake of that one level everyone played. I would have rather preferred a re-imagining over a remake; potentially a great invasion map. I only played this once, maybe twice, but from what I can remember, this was a ton of fun. And now for a complimentary "Good job!"

    I loved playing on this map. It is a really accurate remake and it is enjoyable to play on. The betrayal infection and one flag was the best time I had testing. I'm glad that the blue flag works now.

    I really like the way you covered every detail.Of course you cant go down to let's say putting down wires and stuff,but you got everything right on the money.Pllaying this map with my buddies was a blast. I say keep up the good work,AND!I can't wait to see what you have next

    Wow this map has changed a lot since I last saw it! You've done a fantastic job of making the map instantaneously recognizable while infusing it with a great slayer experience. Great Job!

    Thanks for all the postive feedback guys, glad to see my map was a success. Version 1.3 is up now, with raised sniper respawn time, fixed grenade launcher spawn, and fixed soft kills on the tele.

    Alot of work went into the remaking of this map. I'm glad you took everyones' suggestions into consideration and changed some of the things we suggested. I'm also glad to see you added more aesthetics to the map, while I thought it was fine, you went the extra mile and made it even better. This is one of the best campaign remakes I've seen and the gameplay was really enjoyable. Can't wait to see your next campaign remake. Soon enough, you'll be known as the 'campaign remake guy', lol. Great job man.

    Thanks, Eightball. Although I dont know what you mean by "suggestions" as all I did apart from re-creating the level was add spawns, weapons, objectives, and a teleporter.

    Hey! you quoted me! =D i just noticed while playing that you removed the satelite. i think you should have kept that in, it really boosted the maps aethetics...

    And im quoting you again! Anyway, not many people noticed the satellite as it was, so I deleted it for budget and framerate.

    Also: v1.5 is up so you can now spawn in places other than your base in gametypes besides Stockpile and CTF.

    The map looks very nice and is a great remake of Rally Point Bravo in Winter Contingency. The aesthetics suit the map perfectly and the fake vehicles are a nice touch.

    There were a couple issues that really brought down the maps enjoyability which I've already mentioned to you. The team-designated team spawn zones in slayer can be removed and replaced with a single neutral zone over the whole map and set to slayer only. Also, the upper walkway, even with the teleporter, was practically the only place any fighting happened. To compound the matter, the team spawn zones caused everyone on each time to only spawn in one area, both of which can be seen clearly from the upper walkway. Fix these problems and you've got yourself a solid map, sir.

    I'm still laughing about how we made the exact same part of campaign a while ago. Equinox had a better map, but remember we had to to two other phases.

    Anyway, basically what he said. I didn't like where teams spawned, one was closer to the walkway than the other. The teleporter helped, but was still easily countered.
    Other than that, it is very accurate. The truck was a great addition, and made it feel more true to the story.
