    Contact is an asymmetrical map built for objective and slayer gametypes. My original idea was what it would look like if the Covenant crash landed on a facility and had to fight their way off. This is the result.

    The attackers spawn in the wreckage of a UFO, a three-level base with plasma turret on top, main entrance in the middle, and a guerrilla hammer area down low. The slope of the disc makes perfect cover from defenders' fire and can be used to navigate between levels.

    The defender base is an elevated three-tier structure, armed with a shotgun beneath and a sniper down the ramp if they can get there in time. Though this is a fortified position, there are several ways to break through its defenses.

    The bottom floor pipeline leads to the pipe lift (the idea of this was based on a severed pipe as the UFO crashed through). Attackers can take the lift to drop on top of the defending base. A wise defender would wait at the alternate pipe entrance in the bottom tier of their base to catch an attacker off guard.

    Daring players can try to run through the middle of the two bases in an attempt to snag rockets, but they'll likely have to dodge fire to do so.
