I have to agree, I really dont like the black and white feel to number 1 but the picture is taken from a better angle. So its donwload from number 2 purely because the black and white in pic 1.
I would have to go with Recon Sniper as well. In the first picture, the angle is off and the effects are over-used, sorry to say. The colors in the second picture look pretty good. The effect used is extremely original seeing he let the lighting be in the bottom half rather than the usual upper half or simply the entire picture.
You know that simply viewing an screenshot in Bungie.net counts as a download? Oh, and I like the first. Also, this could've been a single-blind study, and the results would have been more accurate, if you didn't tell us who made which shot.
