Welcome back to another series of ForgeHub's Community Favorite Maps! We gathered all of your nominations from last month and put the top ten up for a vote. Here are the nominations and winners!
With a theme reminiscent of our favorite Halo 2 mission, Cairo Station, TempFireFox's provides us with his second submission into the recent Husky Raid Forge Contest. The map currently supports 4v4 Husky Raid CTF. You should check out the authors other maps as he's got some other great looking submissions into the contest as well.
Black Shore is a 4v4 objective based map taking visual inspiration from Lovecraft's book "The Shadow Over Innsmouth", with changes to improve gameplay and the map's overall appearance. The map is designed to support one flag CTF taking large inspiration from Halo 3's Highground.
Amber is now Chronmeister's second featured map on ForgeHub! I think its safe to say his curse of endless nominations and second place victories are being defeated as he constantly challenges himself and persistently keeps designing new maps. Taking inspiration from temple themed environments reminiscent of Peruvian architecture, Amber creates a visual balance between the structural geometry and the terrestrial bounds surrounding it. Congrats to Chronmeister on his 1st place victory, we're honored to add his map to our permanent library of featured content!
We can't wait to see what other maps the community makes. Tune in next time as we'll be sharing some of the best maps made each month!
