Cold Capture Is a map built from the ground up with CTF in mind on the map Cold Storage. On this map all the side hallways all blocked off so that the map is just the main room in CS. There are 2 bases (you can hardly call them bases) set on opposite sides of the main room. One of the bases features the ramp that starts on the opposite side of the flood room that starts on the attackers side. This ramp holds a sniper with no extra clips in it at the top. I used less ammo so that there would'nt be any camping. A mauler spawn on either side of the middle area wich can be extremely useful in close quarters situations. did al you do was block of the tunnels so it would just be themiddle section? and change the wepon placemnet/ i would do alot more than that before posting might waht to go to the forging 101 section
Such a small map, I can hardly consider it worthy of a CTF gametype. Still, I'll give you some sympathy points for trying. The one big glaring problem I can see with the map is that you didn't use the Energy Blockers in the doorways, and didn't try to geomerge the barriers into them either. It really could have done well with good use of either technique, but as it stands it isn't too bad. I'd also say that a sniper on this map isn't a good idea either, because of its pathetically small size. All in all, 2/5
I did not see anything... The only diffrence between this and regular Cold storage was the overshield.
