Sort of necro bumping the thread, but I just checked my email from being away for a week and found that I'm in the beta... I have yet to play it but it's downloading to my console as I'm typing this...

Alright, I played the beta for about an hour. Multiplayer only. I start it up and start poking around the menus to find, to my own dismay, class customization! Every class you get 2 perks, a primary weapon, a pistol, and an explosive. So I set up a class with a sniper and a class with an M4. Then comes the matchmaking... As I started playing I felt like I was the last person on earth to play the beta. Everyone I played with had mastered the control set which was very benign to me, everyone was already using the best weapons, etc. I start playing and find it's a 3rd person shooter with a cover system... About a minute and a half into my first game, somthing happens... Suddenly the wind sounds start getting louder and my entire screen starts glowing red... Apparently one of the big aspects of this game is that the development teamm likes to shove a bunch of sand in your face so that it makes it even harder to navigate the level. This sandstorm kept happening every couple minutes until the game ended and it lasted about 45 seconds on average. In reality, this game is like SOCOM with a twist but for the Xbox. It was actually pretty fun and I overall enjoyed it, but it did take a lot of getting used to for me.
BBBBBBBBBUUUUUUUUUUUUMMMMMMMMMMPPPPPPPP Okay, I signed up for this beta in July. I just got in 5 days ago, but I'm finding this out now because I don't check my email that often. Anyway, I don't know if it is still going on, but I'm gonna try to play. I haven't played yet, though.
