Cliffside

    Cliffside is a medium-large map made on the Montana part of forge world. It was designed to be as natural as possible and not heavy handed with the forerunner objects which can look bland after a while. At the moment it has not been tested at all, and only supports 1flag. However this is what the map was designed for. However due to its simple nature, I can't see any game play problems atm

    It is inspired by maps such as Relic, Standoff and Zanzibar. The attackers spawn at a human themed drop-off point, with two warthogs. On the right side is a broken cliff path which leads to a teleporter to the enemy base. 2 man cannons also provide a quick way to reach the middle. The attackers get a spartan lazer, the only anti-vehicle weapon on the map. However they also are the team with the heavy vehicles..
    Most of the fighting will involve the two warthogs. There are no anti-vehicle weapons on the defending side, bar 2 concussion rifles and plasma pistols. The warthogs are a big deal, but due to the way Montana has been made, a concussion rifle can be devastating to the warthogs flipping them off the edge.
    The Map is supposed to feel natural, no overpowered weapons, no overbearing forge objects. Rocks have been used throughout the map to provide cover which does not look forced, but subtle while providing a vital purpose.
    It is relatively simple but plays very well.


    . The teleporter on the defenders side of the map, is supposed to spawn after 30 secs, to stop spawn camping
    . I felt the map would work very well, as a 4v4 map. however since it is quite large, it also supports large games, thus the two warthogs. However on a 4v4 2 warthogs provide no real advantage.
    . Since the screenshots are quite low res, It does not show all the little details in the map
    . The map has many decorative details, which add to the gameplay is subtle ways.
    . The Map is jetpack friendly, but cannot be exploited
