Does anyone know a safe and effective way to clean dust out of your 360 without taking it apart and voiding the warranty? I am getting very slight disc skipping and i am guessing it is due to dust being inside the system. Obviously i know i can get some of that "Dust-Off" stuff and spray it inside there, but how effective would that be and are there any other ways to do it? I want to remedy the problem before it gets worse.
Found this. It says not to use canned air as it will just blow it all into the unit. Maybe it'll help you, maybe it's full of crap you already know.
I'm in IT in my High School and from what I learned use a can of compressed air. But we can open computers without voiding the warranty. So Squids right its just going to amount to a bigger problem. If the disks are skipping I suggest finding a way by Microsoft to clean your the disk reading device. If you can do it you usually use a cotton swab or a lint free cloth with isopropyl alcohol...NOT RUBBING!
Thanks for the suggestions my dudes... im gonna go with the vacuum idea since i dont want to take the damn thing apart.
