[SIZE=+1]Chaotic Realm v2[/SIZE] I am back with Chaotic Realm v2 and am very excited about this version. If you downloaded my last version go ahead and replace it with this one. The last version asthetically looked pleasing and was dead on with my redisign, but did not play the way I intended. Everyone ended up going up stairs to the elbow shaped bridge and a mindless slaughter occured with no variation in gameplay. So I instantly went back to work, pondering "what can I do to make this better." Here is the list of changes I made and they are not small. I destroyed the Plasma Launcher room by tearing it up, redesigning it, and turning it into a stage. Replaced the Plasma Launcher with a grenade launcher. after testing my map some more I changed it again, only this time to a rocket launcher. Removed the teleporters and put walls in their places. Added some new guns, moved some guns, and removed some others. I added all game types, the original version only was capable of playing slayer. Now there are only four health packs, the original version had five, plus those four packs I moved to new locations. Removed four respawn points from upstairs and added/moved other respawn points that are on the map. There were some areas on my map up high that I never wanted anyone to reach with a jetpack, so now death barriers have been added to prevent my map from being broken. Those are the changes I made to my map and now it plays extremely well. I spent thirteen hours on my original map, five hours on the redesign, four hours testing, then another hour making tweaks after testing. This map is finally ready to be played on and there will never be a need to delete it for a newer version. The hardest part about remaking my map was my item limit. If you go into forge, you will see that I still have three-thousand left for my budget but my block and wall sections are completely diminished. This created a huge challenge for me and my vision, but after using creative methods to make my map what I envisioned, I am very happy with the end result. The original version of my map reaped in over 300+ downloads, and I hope I receive even more downloads for version two because this is truly a perfected version of my last map. I tested out all game types and they all play as intended. But I left zombies out of my map. I felt that it was irrelevant to my map and I could not figure out how to place the spawn points for the game type without it affecting other games spawn points, so I just cut it. Yes the map is symmetrical. It is design for team based games. I will add another picture that displays my original concept that I made before I started forging
Really nice map, but next time post a video with a fly through and without a bunch of annoying people talking the whole match. Really sick map none the less!
