Sword of Malnok submitted a new map:

Cannon's Core - Got to stop the Space Colony ARK from impacting Earth. Footrace.

This is my very first racetrack for Halo 5, and there aren't even any vehicles :/. I originally created this as more of an aesthetic map recreating Cannon's Core from Sonic Adventure 2. However, I felt compelled to make some sort of game of it, and seeing as how it was such a large open area incapable of hosting any other game modes, I turned it into race. Sword of Malnok updated Cannon's Core with a new update entry:

Checkpoint Fixes

In the description I said that there were some bugs in the checkpoint system. After studying Tom French's patch notes that were released last December (like 4 hours), I have a fairly full understanding of the inner mechanics of race. Because of this, I can now say that this race map is JOINABLE MID-GAME and you can STILL GET POINTS.

I had a play on it, really fun. I'd recommend removing the sword and just keeping the pistol though.
