Calling for Infection Machinima Ideas

    So I can up with this idea of doing a zombie killing machinima in Halo Reach. However I can't think of how to make it start.

    So if anyone has any ideas about how I should start the machinima or any ideas that may inhance the machinima experience please post and let me know. :)

    Try using non-Forge World Maps as environment. Real buildings look better than Forerunner metal.

    True while I do plan on using a few forgeworld maps I mostly plan on using some of the other maps like Highlands, swordbase and perhaps even condemned. If you guys have any ideas how other multiplayer maps can be used let me know. :)

    As for the storyline I do plan on having a character kind of like Alma from FEAR in at as a major antagonistic character to bring in some suspense. However most of the plot will be just be some spartans trying to survive the zombie apocalypse. Fear not, while I do plan on using some of the elites as zombies I don't plan on making all the zombies elites.

    If anyone else has any other ideas as how I should start the series please post. :)

    Yes thank you for reminding me of those maps. :)
    Powerhouse and Boardwalk are going to be used, as for countdown it may not show up until later into the series.

    For the most part I plan on only using human weapons in the series the exception is as follows:

    1. Golf club (no gravity hammers used in machinima)
    2. Plasma Repeater- Squirt Gun (may or may not show up)
    3. Spiker- Nile gun
    4. energy sword- zombie claws (zombies only)
    5. Plasma pistol- zombie bile (zombies only)
    6. Concussion Rifle- Sara's Toy gun (Sara is the series' Alma)
    So far for the opening theme I might just use the one used by the anime, Highschool of the Dead (but this is subject to potential change).

    Thanks for all the feedback. Still working on the plot line so any ideas will be welcome. :D

    I don't completely agree on the Plasma Weapons. However, it would be cool if there would also be some soldiers in the series that are supossed to protect the survivors using superior weaponry like Shotguns, Snipers and Nade Launchers but yet they get completely pwned by the zombies and the survivors would grab the Weapons from their dead bodies and massacre the zombies.

    And the sereis would be nothing without a guy in black armor that is not only a veteran of an previous outbreak, he's also a Shotgun badass. He also talks very rarely but still is very friendly.

    I do kind of have a character like that in the series (he is armor is atleast as close to black without using a custom power up). His background story is that he was one of the hazmat soldiers sent into the first outbreak location to stop it from spreading however the rest of his platoon was wiped out.

    however I don't plan on having him "show up" at the very beginning as a major character. He probably wouldn't be seen until sometime after episode 4 after perhaps saving one of the other primery major characters. Then he'll join the crew. :)

    I have received permission from RivalMass to use Bunker Complex for the machinima. As a result his name and the name of the map shall be featured in the credits of the episode(s) that the map is featured.
