    Topic for Burnout Paradise

This game is so awesome. Who else has it? (besides you sarge)

I am working on getting my elite lisence...

If anyone does not have it, you need to get it, it is endlessly fun online and offline. It is a completionist's wet dream, and it has so many epic and funny moments.

Best burnout ever. A little too easy... but still the best.

Why the hell would you boycott one of the largest gaming franchises?

But I have it. I have 7 more wins until my Burnout License and my most recently unlocked car was the Hunter 4x4 and the P12 Track Package.

Because EA has horrible developer support and they generally ruin the smaller developers that they buy.

I am happy with EA. They make madden and burnout and the world seems generally happy.

Madden is ok, and I give Criterion credit for Burnout which is awesome. But when I was younger I loved the NFS series, and EA ruined it. ..... So after the failure that was Carbon, I decided to boycott EA.

Burnout is amazing, it always has been. If you like vehicle carnage and explosions, Burnout is pure win.

Thats another thing, whats with all of these old meme's that every body insists on using. Like "EPIC FAIL", "SOVIET RUSSIA" They weren't all that funny to begin with. But I digress.

I actually thought NFS: Carbon was alright.

Burnout is great. It's more racing if anything now in Paradise but the open world is a lot of fun. License C-B cars are the funnest cars to drive. After that, you just receive either insanely fast cars or overly bulky agressive cars.

Ty, you're really missing out with Paradise... I highly suggest lifting your boycott for this one game... You will love it.

Vinny, I'm not sure how far you've gotten with the A lisence and Burnout lisence but there are a ton of very fast cars that are immensely more fun to drive than the C and B cars... C and B cars suck ass lol...

The Touge Criterion (the version of the Touge Sport you get from winning its burning lap) is one of the most fun cars to drive in the entire game. It is an A class car. It controls so perfectly in the drift.

Also, if you beat two full sets of online challenges, you unlock a car called the Carbon Krieger Uberschall 8. It is a carbon fiber version of a speed class car that you get later in the game, but it is set up to be a stunt car, not a speed car. It drifts like a stunt car, but has the speed of a speed car. It is amazing. Also, the F1 cars are so intense and awesome.

I cant believe you only like the C and B cars? Even as far as aggression class cars go, the Inferno Van and the monster truck thing control fine once you get used to them, and they are so beastly in road rage events.

Plus when u take the van or the truck online it is hilarious because you destroy everyone.

I am 7 wins away from unlocking my burnout License. And about 20 Superjumps away from unlocking the X12 Carbon Stunt Car. And I have to shut down the GT car to unlock it.

But the Burnout Watson is one of the funnest car's i've driven along with the License B Jensen P12 Stunt Car. I have the Touge Sport and the Burning route version of it but I just didn't enjoy driving them around as much as the P12 and the Watson not to mention the License B Track Car (the name of it escapes me, back me up somebody) But in a race I will always pick either the X12, XS12 or the Touge Sport or the P12 Track package.

I just unlocked my Burnout License along with the GT Steel Wheels Car, GT Concept Car, Walmart F1 Racer, Circuit City Hot Rod. I would have to say my new and most favorite car right now is most definitely the Walmart F1 Racer. This thing can literally weave in an out of oncoming traffic without being touched. The handling is superb and is able to keep up with it's insanely fast acceleration and top speed.

yea the walmart car is fun... try going online with it and hosting that one race that goes around the entire perimeter of the map and forcing everyone to use the walmart car it is an epic race

I know, my point was that Wal-Mart is terrible, they should have picked a different company for that car.

I downloaded the demo, but it didn't really appeal to much to me. I suppose it's because I enjoy Test Drive Unlimited more than any other racing game, because it's an MOOR (massively open online racing, as in when you're on free roam you can see other players in their cars, challenge them, talk to them, etc.) I enjoy the types of racing the Burnout series has (road rage I believe it's called, or basically any other racetype were you can crash your or other peoples cars :squirrel_giggle:), but I think I'll just stick with the demo.
