48 hours ago I was drinking a Johnnie Walker Blue in the SkyView bar of the Burj Al Arab, a 7 star luxury hotel in Dubai. As i was enjoying my whisky, I thought "this place would make a good forge map". The hotel is on it's own man-made island: And is designed to look like a sail: The main entrance: It has the largest hotel lobby in the world: A great view of the persian gulf: You gotta know how to arrive in style: The following are my own photos of the real thing: No gametypes, lots of budget left - re-use allowed. I reckon its about 50% scale to the real thing - if it gets a good response I may do a V2 full scale.

Wow, the real thing is so pretty. Same with the forged one, wow. It reminds me of Fuzzywig's maps. The Persian Gulf was a very nice touch. Did you add the bar with the cool lights in it?
