This used to happen all the time to me. It usually means that you are already signed in, but the site glitches and thinks you have to sign in first anyway. So then when you try to sign in, it gives you this. It goes away after a few days, but I remember that sometimes after refreshing the site a few times i was able to sign out, then sign back in.
