I don't think you have the right to use the Bungie name; this isn't their licensed project. Hopefully you'll continue with this though, it'd be nice to have something to check every once in a while.
Hmm, I didn't think about that. I don't think it will be a problem, there are alot of videos with bungies name in, I know what you mean though. Have you any maps you would like to put forward?
