Map Title: Boss Stage 3-3 Watch out! The Boss is big.... Map Video Game Description: NOTE: I just copied and pasted most of the description from the original map description. NOTE: This map is only ment for the gametype, Video Game, shown at the top. Items: Omega Shield x4 Overshield x4 Camo x4 Sentinal Beam x1 Needler x1 Spartan Laser x1 Grav Lift x3 Sniper x1 Bubble Shield x4 Now things get harder. No more cake walks. No more freebie weapons. Now you have to earn what you want. Welcome to Stage 3. The Heros are going to have their hands full. Heros: The Heros start in the middle of Avalanche with the pit area. From here, the Heros have two choices: They can just ride the Man Cannon across to the teleporter, or they can try to get the Sentinal Beam and Needler near the death point of the pit. How you get from start to the weapons is simple: Look for a small wall facing you at the bottom. From there, you must balance on the 3 bridges that are placed vertical. It's harder than it sounds, and do remember you only have 3 lives... Also, both teleporters lead to the same reciever, so no need to worry when, and if, you get to the weapons. As you exit the middle, you enter on top of a floating platform, protected by Shield Doors. All 4 Omega Shields are on here, so grab one if you need it. Now two more options come up: The long walk to the Spartan Laser, or go for the Boss. For those who want the Splazer, you have a loooong walk. Just follow the crates. Now if you're coming back from the Splazer Walk, or just coming from the starting area, you have to make it to the Boss. Yet another long, but dangerous, walk. This won't be easy for any of the Heros. You'll have to dodge both the Bosses' shots and any brave Minions. But no need to worry, much, as there are Camos, Overshields, and Bubble Shields to help you out. Speaking of which, if you want, follow the Bubble Shields up to the cave by the Boss to get the Sniper. The purpose of the Sniper is to take out the Power Cells by the Boss to do some damage. As far as getting the Boss, there are two methods: Sniping, or Up Close. Sniping is more risky, and can be pretty hard. It's not advised, but it can help. Up Close requires first to get to the Boss. There are 2 Overshields and 3 Grav Lifts under the Boss. Use what you need. The Boss has 3 platforms on his butt, so use a Grav Lift to get up there. Continue to jump until you can reach the Boss. Do mind the Minions, as they Spawn up there as well. Boss/Minions: Not much to say, except get in the tank! The Boss is only able to drive, so get out of the way, Minions! Minions can assault the Heros, defend the Boss, or both. The Boss should stay in the tank, but you don't have to. It's just advised, is all. If you have any questions about how some of the map works, such as the Omega Shield, please consult Video Game, as it has all of the info most people need. Also, other maps are available for Video Game if you like the game and map. I'll be posting more maps on the Video Game description on Bungie.net. When I'm done with them all, I'll post the latest map with an update. Pic of the Boss
Hello and welcome to forgehub. Your post does not meet up to standards. You need to embed your pictures, give a little more description of how long it took you to make and maybe even a weapon layout. Looks like you are a forger with much potential and I can't wait to see your future maps!
this sounds exactly like that map called boss stage or something of that nature. I think it was made on foundry and had the exact same description. if im wrong, ignore me, but i do recall a map sounding just like this.
