Border tut for noobs

    I made a tutorial for borders in photoshop, I'm pretty sure this would translate easily to GIMP. This is my first tut of any kind, so expect it to suck.

    um..

    I find that making a new layer as the top layer, and then filling it up, then putting the fill to 0% and inner stroke it with 2px.

    Its probably more easy to edit if needed.

    for elements, simply select the image, go edit then stroke, put in the px size and your golden.
