As you'll see, I always thought the best way was with a great explosion, and a guy smashing into the ground unharmed and ready to slaughter the now panicking guards beneath. According to you, what is this? Useless? Small gimmick? Has potential for a good map? Perhaps you've seen it before, only with a slight variation? Send your thoughts over here and lemme know what you guys think.
The explosives don't carry a great deal. Thats the only fault I have with it. How much of the budget did it take up btw? (and every time I see the particles falling down I say "Suprise! Oh come on! It was funny! It's not like you miss your parents or anything...)
What do you mean, don't carry? And if I lowered the number of explosives it would cost, maybe, 1500-2000. A little expensive, I know.
Oh yeah, well I'm just trying to show off the principal. I kinda failed on that, but I immediately made a fixed version after I rendered this video.
Looks like just shield door on mines on fusion coils on return zones. Like what people where doing with doors and weapon vendors. My question is why don't you just put the spawn point in the air above the mines so they spawn falling? The only place I can think of using this is in those "Halo" gametypes where you drive around the ring with a alpha zombie sniping them and if you get to the end you become invincible and have to kill him you could teleport in like this.
