Take the blue saturations down. Too overpowering. Same for that green. And maybe put it in a vectored BG.
the border looks weird.. and i know its hard to vector the lightning but that looks odd as well. also, the helmet and body armor are still different shades.
It's got progressively worse if you ask me. You still havn't got the right blue for the helmet, and in doing so you'v destroyed the detail around the mouth. Are those rocks? and the border is a bit meh, and the bungie logo isn't really readable. You should probably add a diffuse with the bottom option (forgot name) to just the sparks coming off the plasma pistol.
Yeah... vector entire BG. not just parts. looks crappy with just parts.. And desaturate the blues and greens some.
