Looks pretty sweet just my suggestion would be to move Earth to the center a bit more then it will look as it it is equally halved.
Well the stock i used for the background is a picture of only half the earth... haha also made a wallpaper pack out of it Project H Wallpaper Pack by ~Blivion on deviantART
I like it, but the text and the line down the middle bring it down. It's too thick and the glow is too big.
