I'm starting up my third prestige on that game now (yeah I know, I'm a little behind), and everytime I have started a new one I have fell in love with a different gun. First time around it was the M60E4, then the AK47 and G36C, then the second prestige had me whoring a Mini-Uzi, Skorpion, and P90. So I was wondering, for all you CoD4 players out there, what's your favorite gun and why? I currently am back on the G36C, because of it's high accuracy. I mainly play Hardcore, so it's moderately low damage doesn't bother me, especially with Stopping Power. I'm also partial to the G3, though, because I can basically use it as an assault or a sniper.
M16 stopping power red dot. ruins the game. I loved it for a while but I got annoyed with how easy it is to win using cheap tactics and such. Sniping can be fun though.
M16 w/ ACOG is all I use any more. Bandolier, Stopping Power, and Deep Impact let me get around 20 kills pretty easily. Although, I'm still only a 24 (second prestige) but I enjoy the G3 and M14 too. I'm really partial to semi-automatics. But I doubt I'll prestige any more than this, it's a bother to prestige and I lost my Blue Tiger for my M16 I'll sometimes use the MP5 on the Boat or in the building (forget the names -.-).
It all depends on what game type you are playing. I play search and destroy all the time and the classes i have set are 1: M16-red dot- Extreme conditioning- deep impact (RPG's) 2: Mp5-silenced-stopping power- deep impact (claymores) 3: G3- Gernade launcher- stopping power- deep impact (w/ turbo) 4: M40A3- deep impact- stopping power (claymores) 5: P90- juggernaut- deep impact (3 nades) And think before you say i have noob classes, they have been thought out and will change every once in a while, Am i a noob? i think not 10th Prestige 55, equipped with all golden guns and red tiger =D I have played with metaldog, im too godly, pay back PR, And many of my friends on XBL are ranked in the top 1000 players.
Ive been using 50 cal snipe with ACOG scope lol. I use it like a one shot kill assault rifle. Its awkward, inaccurate and unreliable but swinging around and pwning some P90 noob is SO satisfying. I dont kill the noobs with that gun, I annihilate them. KAPOW.
I just play hardcore search. I have frag 3, overkill, and dead silence. i use any gun with red dot, plus a dragnov for the begiining sniping. if i finish the drag i got to m21. i never use any other.
My friend is insanely good with the G3 Carbine....it gets shots off quicker than the M16, so even if you have a quick finger the G3 will beat you to the punch.
It's all about preference really. During the 1st prestige I loved the mp5 and since then its changed 50, 60 maybe 70 times? But at this moment in time im loving the UAV Jammer with G3 because of the undetecable factor right now, the downside is i can't take someone on upfront but apart from that its deadly in my hands
I havent played COD4 in agess! I'm into halo now but my favourite gun at the time was a P90 i think ..
M16! How did I forget the uber-rape that is an M16? Lol yeah I change my vote: that gun is ludicrously overpowered. :haha:
