Wouldn't really call it a tutorial, just an overview. Then again, I'm only at 6:34 so the other two minutes could be how to actually use it.

Well, here some use gimp some use adobe photoshop. Which you choose depends on your computer prowess and what you like. Gimp is free, and its what I use, thats really the only thing I can tell you.
okay, thanks a lot! I will try gimp, it seems to be more popular i have both (i got Adobe on my computor). Is gimp easier?
photoshop would give you more resources, and there are plenty of people to help you with it, the only reason I use gimp is that I wanted the free; so by all means if you have photoshop use it.
