MLG has some good tips on MLG and professional playing in their get better fast section. Get Better Fast: Halo 3 Archive | Major League Gaming Halowiki's also very good - I got some useful tips from their articles.
the way i have improved the most. i watch halo mlg and try to re act what they do, it has helped me alot.
