I think you should try to work with smaller canvases. There is less space to fill so its a little easier. It looks like you pasted the render, pasted a c4d in the bg, and added some text. Try to blend the focal into the bg. Create some flow.

Except my current which might be 150x300... I usually prefer smaller.
