Apparently, the cancelled sequel was supposed to include the Scarecrow. And it'd have a similar concept to the scarecrow of Batman Begins. Jack Nicholson would come into the equation when The Scarecrow sprayed him with that gas, Batman would see The Joker in his Nightmaric visions.
