These maps are the brainchild and joint works of both myself, and my pal/colleague/business partner KingBartlett - we have spent a long time working on these, and we sincerely hope you like them. Bart's Manor: Welcome to finest country manor in the known Halo Universe. This 2 bedroom detached house comes complete with double glazing, central heating, garage, swimming pool, en-suite bathroom, and loft conversion with skylight. This map is primarily built with our gametype 'Gatecrashers' in mind, but works well with KOTH also. One of the coolest things about this map is there are very easy locations to shout out. Nothing funnier then hearing 'Bomb is coming up the chimney!', or 'Two of them are by the Balcony!'? It plays very well with 8 or more, and can lead to some very close games. Re: Bart's Manor - Welcome to the house of fun. Looks pretty good. The House is well made. The outside area looks really sloppy. Maybe fix it up or even just remake the outside.
Re: Bart's Manor - Welcome to the house of fun. What do you mean "sloppy?" The Zombie Variant is, as it's all been blocked off, and there's debris to provide cover for the Zombies, but the standard Manor's outside area is fine I think.
Im just gonna throw this out there, I think that is the best house/property I've seen to date, I love it! Once I get my xbox back this week and I get DLC I will definitely DL. :squirrel_rocking:
Great job with the windows and the chimney, this map is great fun on regular old slayer. I will try your zombie and assault variants tomorrow.
Aesthetically gorgeous. The upstairs windows make my heart smile. Absolutely beautiful! I'll definitely be downloading this one. Oh, and I think the debris outside is a great, scary touch.
We, were playing some customs tonight with some people, and all of us really liked this map, found it to be quite fun with the in the shadows gametype. It made everyone scared to where zombie was going around.
Yea i was going to make a post here too but you beat me to it Penguinish. We had a good bit of fun playing In The Shadows on this. The only thing i didnt like about playing the regular zombie variant on it was how far away the zombies spawn from the house... But the house itself and the pool... omg so f-ing awesome. Great job, give urself a cookie. Oh and the guy up there who said it looks sloppy... ??!?? are u kidding me this map looks amazing. Win.
I also took this one out of the plastic wrapping and looked at it up close. It looks really neighborly. I feel like there should be a dog running around somewhere. Nice one.
Aw shucks, thanks everyone. With regards to actual Zombie games on this, try the Zombie theme version of the map and the Undead gametype - Zombies die from one pistol shot to the head. It get's relly scary up in the loft with them all trying to get in. I'm working on a short youtube video, I'll let you know when I have posted it.
