How to turn off that Auto Aim. Step 1: click on your name when sitting in a pregame lobby. Step 2: click on View Gamercard. Step 3: click on Game Defaults. Step 4: click on Action Step 5: click on Auto Aim. ON/OFF. Step 6: select OFF Boom done.
just post how to or this thread maybe deleted. Yes deleted not locked. This thread is pointless unless you do so
whatever what was the point of your post in this thread? Im just trying to help people that really want to know. ohmygod not deleted.
I doubt every single person in Halo doesn't know how to disable auto-aim. You should have just told that one person, not make a whole thread.
You are wrong. You can't turn auto aim off in Halo. That is just generic settings for your x-box. If a game supports auto aim off, then it switches it. Halo does not support auto aim off, so it does nothing to change that setting.
Auto Aim helps everyone, and if you think you are going be be better without it, I beg to differ. Its like shooting someone with full camo, kind of hard, isn't it?
Guy's no need to be so harsh, he's just trying to help those who don't know. But I would want this to work on halo because it would make getting the vidmaster halo achievement plus just overall driving easier without having to be forced to trun the way you don't want to.
oh yeah i forgot about vehicle a-a. i take back my previous statement. Yeah it was a little frustrating for the vidmaster
It doesn't completely turn it off but it does change it a bit. So try it before you call it fail. I have my auto off at all times and I'm so much better with it off. There are so many sticks I've missed, headshots that dragged to the chest and br shots that don't register because I can't lead them. + When I do customs and 1v1s with my friends we make it so that we are on the same team (therefor no auto aim) and it makes me so much better after playing . I also can get snipes so much easier when I'm shooting at teamates. So it's obviously just a personal thing there.
No it doesn't change it a bit. I tired it the first day the game came out. It does nothing to Halo 3. The option is bypassed when using Halo 3. You can all try to convince yourselfs that it is effecting it, but it's really not. I know what I am talking about.
I haven't tested this, but I bet this is going to be a repeat of that one thread; the one where the guy thought that if you changed your default sensitivity level in the system settings it would allow you to use "sub-level" sensitivities in Halo 3. People tested it, it was all in his head. Lot's of people backed him up. They all really thought it made a difference, but in reality it didn't affect anything. Until I see some scientific proof, I will regard this thread as pointless.
Besides having just my opinion ask the whole 814, we all do it. And it does change it. Like I said, try it before saying it doesn't work. IT DOES CHANGE AIMING SLIGHTLY. No matter how much you try to convince us and yourself that it doesn't do anything, I have been using it like that for awhile, so I know from personal experiences that it does change a bit.
Wow seriously x DREAM 76 x GTFO of this thread then. Thank you BlazeIsGod finally someone tried it and played with it before flaming unlike half of these posts.
No. Now u are annoying me so I won't go away.. It doesnt work. You are convincing yourself that it is changing the aim. It's in your head.
