Aura Sactuary

    DESCRIPTION: "This old oil rig is now an outpost for those seeking protection"
    Aura Sactuary is a forge off of Blackout. The geometry of the map is similar to Blackouts, but it's more enclosed and with more platforms. Overall it's just a really cool version of Blackout. LOTS OF INTERLOCKING and merges with the map's geometry. This map is best with oddball and Slayer, but can be played with team slayer and CTF.

    This is the Courtyard. It would look much better if the boxes where the same color, but oh well. In the picture there is a teleporter that goes inside one of the buildings where you can get an overshield, there's a rocket launcher, a bubble shield, and a grav lift.

    This is a room. The room is the deffender's side. In it there are 2 BR and a brute shot. Also, it looks cool :D.

    This is the attacker's side. It's almost the same as the original except for the weapon placement and as you can see this area is now basically a room. There is a brute shot and 2 BRs.

    This is an example of the new map geometry. From this spot someone can go to 3 different parts of the map. It's kind of ugly, but it does work.


    P.S.! There might be some respawn issues, but if there are they are probably very settle.

    And go ahead and make a MLG varient of this, it'll be really fun.

    Pretty good, would be interesting to play on! Could be a little neater though.

    i dont quite understand the layout but its probably good. Looks cool though.

    wow i love your use of interlocking and how you molded blackout to look like a totally different map. great job.

    I know for a fact that you can make this look nicer than what it is already. It already looks nice as is but there can be better interlocking done. but it is nice to see some one forge on blackout.

    you could barely tell its blackout which is a good thing. i see you interlocked and merged which is good. the only part of the map i don't like is the courtyard. probably because of the different colors of the boxes. anyways good job

    now that is uncontrollable... with all containers/double boxes, they spawn a different color everytime. Even if you kept respawning them until you got the same colors... when you start another round they will re-scramble making them look all different.

    I like to see people making maps on the new maps and this one looks pretty good for slayer maybe schwat.You might want to straighten up a few boxes or make a version 2.

    Ive actually found depending on how many times you "hold" the container as it were is to when it changes colour in my map greed the container is always black. always nad it works the same for double boxes i think.

    hmm I might do i got my final ever history gsce to take in about 2 hours so when i get back ill make a tut if havent died of bordem :)

    lol sounds great. :) ill check up on this tomorrow... those multi-colored containers is really the only reasons i havent made anymaps on black out or containment.

    ahh my plan only seems to work with containers not the double boxes on avalance or blackout my bad ;|

    If you do, please tell me. I'm thinking of doin a map on Avalanche for a tribute to Sparta, but the boxes always are different. Send me a message on Xbox live or make the tut.
