    Help me !
Hello fellow members of forgehub I recently built a computer at college and I'm having trouble installing the audio drivers for this motherboard. The audio drivers appear to be installed, although I still can't hear anything. The speakers are built in to this HD monitor and the driver is installed though it's still not working?!

    Motherboard: N68 S

Can someone maybe help me out? organise a teamviewer session or something and I'll be ever so grateful.

    Thanks everyone,
    Steve

I also built my own computer during college, hopefully I can help. What brand is your motherboard and what OS are you running? Also, does your monitor get its audio via HDMI or through the standard stereo ports? If it is through HDMI, right click on the sound icon in the system tray and click on playback devices (assuming your using windows 7) and make sure the HDMI output is set as the default device and make sure it isn't muted by default or something. If you can, post your Dxdiag log, specifically the "sound" section. This should give me some info towards solving your problem.
