Anybody ever have an issue with a "ghost boundary" glitch?

I'm looking for any advice from anyone who has encountered this issue. Long story short, I just spent 12 straight hours (an all nighter) building on an idea i had, because it wouldn't let me sleep, it was that prominent.

I was building on Erosion. The map was completed but I was lining everything up. I had magnets on when I accidentally grabbed a piece instead of a grenade that I had placed. Since that accident, it seems the stock cliff boundary has "moved" out a bit further, though visually, it has remained in the same place, but this invisible boundary is now in the way of the map.

Honestly the last thing I want to do is go back and move every piece to keep the scale of the map. It wouldn't be such a hassle but the ghost area is where i laid the first piece against the cliff, so the rest of the map "feeds" off of those pieces. Like I said, it was an all nighter, and I saving periodically. But the amount of map that I had added onto it since the last save was too much to go back and rebuild. I figured it was just a temporary glitch, so i saved the finished map, and reloaded it. The damn ghost boundary glitch is still in effect.

So yeah, anybody have any suggestions?

did you try putting a teleporter on the other side of the boundary? I've never heard of that happening before, are you sure you didn't build the map behind the boundary and just never looked to see if you could walk to that area?

Not at all. I had everything lined up perfectly. The walk way was unobstructed for the entirety of building the rest of the map. The part I was talking about led up to a gap jump, and it worked every time, so I started building the rest of the map. After it was built, I accidentally grabbed the 2X2 corner piece with magnets turned on. The piece jumped over, so I turned magnets off and moved it back to it's original position. After that move, the line up for the jump didn't work. I would run in a straight line, and as I got closer to the jump, my player was scooted to the left like i was running against the rock wall. I had a coliseum wall cover the rock face, but it was like the rocks were poking through the wall. It's weird man. Since my post, I have gone back and moved every piece over.

    Thanks for the reply though.
