    ANTHEM

I made this map to look like it came from the same civilization as Fountainhead, yet it plays and looks quite differently.

The map is based around a two floor structure that connects the two bases on the second floor. The walkways above stem from the bases and leads to the shotgun spawn. Below the shotgun spawn is a drop down hole made from glass sails.

The Lower Floor is a very intricate design that has a foot bath in the middle with a very nice design made with glass sails. The bath is set just below the water line so the waves wash over the design in a very serene way. The walls are mostly glass and the cover is made with Pyramid structures that have been lowered. The lower floor contains a dmr spawn and the Rocket Launcher Spawn.

Both Bases are across from each other and connect to all floors through different routes. A man cannon sits behind them to raise the player to the upper floor. Here is the left and right sides of the bases.

A Landing Platform sits at the top of the map and is directly across from a building I affectionately call the Eye. The bottom of the Eye has a DMR Spawn and a man cannon that leads up to the upper floor. The upper floor has a good view of the map and a direct view of the landing platform across from it. Both areas provide good cover to hide behind or escape from quickly. The landing platform has three connecting bridges with cover and the Eye allows for a drop through the eye itself or back through the man cannon hole if taken from the side.

    Weapons List:
    2 Assault Rifles
    6 Dmrs
    1 Magnum
    1 Rocket Launcher
    1 Shotgun
    4 Frags
    2 Needler
    2 Plasma Pistols
    8 Plasma Grenades

Looks amazing man. The many pathways and different height variations will make for some interesting gameplay. I like that you added in rocks to break up the pathways more and I really like that flooring you have in pic number two. You just forgot one little thing...A weapons list ;) Your maps are very unique and different, great job.

It's too bad the lag is so prevalent, looks like it'd be fun otherwise. Maybe try cutting down on the total number of objects around the middle area?

Huh, I haven't noticed any lag while playing the map my friends and I tested this map a lot most times with sixteen players and I didn't notice lag and no one else complained at all either

Are you looking at it in forge or custom game? Try it in custom game and you should see how smooth it plays

This looks like a pretty cool map, dude. I'd suggest maybe making the natural rocks not all seastacks, though. ;)

I love the building form in the rocks you have built really an eye catcher. Seems that it can be very open in places, but an overall nice map especially because with the little cover you know where most fights will occur and making it a interesting slayer! :)

Thanks guys I unfortunately had to use all sea stacks because I was running into trouble with how rocks are on the map they also are strategically placed to provide cover I was very careful with what areas I wanted to have good cover and where there would be less cover to balance the map and give appropriate risk and reward to the stronger weapons on the map

I've updated, adding the weapons list as requested :)

This map is so awesome, you did a fantastic job on forging this map, it has good structure, multiple floors and bridges, good amount of cover, and I love the building that is on top of the hill. I will download this and take a closer look at the map.

Thanks! I do think this map is a great combination of design and aesthetics. Please tell me what you think after your closer look.

    Thanks for the comment!

Wow great athstetics and map flow. How much $ do you have left on the map, you know just in case there is any frame-rate lag. Keep forging!

I'm not sure of the exact amount of funds left for the map, but I do know it's less than $100 if it's not at 0. I will say that my friends and I have played with some large parties on this map, including 8v8 games, and never experienced any lag.
