It's our MW2 Clan Logo, spent around 5-10 minutes on it, nothing really special done...just needed some ideas on how to make it better.
I don't really know how either... (I'm a noob at this too) my guess would be to just make warped white semi-circles with 50% opacity around the guy or words... not sure if that would get the effect though... I'd ask kidbomber about it, he knows a crapton about this kind of stuff.
