Everyone has the right to forge a map and post it on forgehub even if it is made in five minutes. If you don't like the maps that are made in five minutes and suck really bad, tell the person that the map isn't that great. People usually will learn from that, but sometimes they don't. I do think it would be pretty cool to make a section for all the great maps out there.
