This map looks like hot sex. On a stick for my convenience.

    Queued, EWD :D

Edit: Quick Q... are the powerups up top reachable?

No, the power ups are just there for looks.

um... if there are 4 brute shots in the middle area, don't you think that is a little too much.
And the problem with twinkly decorative power-ups is that players usually find a way to reach them,
the arena style map is starting to get a little overdone, but this one looks very prefessional, nice use of interlocking!

You can try all you want to get to those power ups....I couldn't even get to them after I placed them as a monitor.....

And as for the Brute Shots, you're probably right....I'll do some tweaking.

From the looks of it you've made a sweet map, my only concern is that it looks a little to 1-dimensional. I'll get back and edit this post with my opinion later on.

One thing I really don't like about this map is that there are two power weapons right next to eachother. One is a one-hit kill the other is a 2-hit kill... Honestly, I think you could maybe put the rocket launcher in the middle and you already have a shotgun or so, I wouldn't add the fuel rod gun. I think your map right there would improve.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. I'm working on weapon placement as we speak/type. So any more suggestions are welcome!

No, I think that 4 Brute shots is fine. I mean, i've played lots of maps w/ brute shots only and some of them were a lot more fun than SWAT, Rockets, Swords... The map looks absolutely BRILLIANT and if anybody tells you any different, tell them to jump off a cliff on Standoff :D

don't get me wrong, I love brute shots, I had two gametypes dedicated to them in halo 2 which fail in H3 due to the absence of Foundation or a map like it
its just that, having four really close together is a bit overpowered

tried this map last night, most impressive, its simple design works well, a very fast paced gameplay map

I ended up keeping the brute shots, but moved them to the outer ring. The map does play a little better now I must admit. But I appreciate everyone's feedback! Glad to know everyone enjoys it.
