Hey ppl, So I have an idea for something that would challenge Bungie's new map Sandbox... once it come out. So if any of you remember an old Halo 2 campaign mission in which you played as the Arbiter and you had to find and kill the Heretic leader, this is what I had in mind. The middle of the station during the storm where you had to cut the cable, I wanted to recreate the inside room and three outside areas supported by objects with a death barrier at the bottom of the station. A gametype in which you must use flying vehicles in order to get around the entire station. There again will be the middle inside place with the "cable cutting room" and three outlying banshee areas. There could be a Juggernaut gametype that goes with this or whatever. But I've been wondering about this map's outcome, if I had some professional help. I will allow you to start on this map if you have the mythic pack, but you must first ask me via msg or xbox live. (gamertag = malnack) So anyway, if you start I'd love to see how much progress you make and I will need help once I do get the maps when they come out. As for your idea, it sounds do-able, but I suggest a VIP game variant, in which the defending team plays as the Heretics, and must defend their leader, who is stronger and tougher than other players. I may be able to forge this if you want, but I'm not exactly sure if I'll have the time. EDIT: Lightning, even if this is for finished maps, you can still give him Constructive Criticism on his idea. Simply stating his post is in the wrong section does not help him with his idea.
You're thinking big and I like that, but this isn't exactly the place to do that mabye the bungie feedback thread on bungie.net would be more appropriate. Unless of course, you change the format of this message. you could, perhaps, put this in the context of forgery mabye make the map (once you get ahold of it) with some help by me and my friends here. my gamertag is: The only Oasis Send me a friend request and i'll look forward to forging with ya!
