Finally after 47 Hours of Forging and Fixing. I finally give you the first chapter of the A Dying Hope Series. A Dying Hope was planned to be a Prequel to Zombie Horde. That died soon after Bungie removed VIP. Basically what A Dying Hope is; is a Territories Gametype. Elites vs. Spartans. Spartans have to Reach certain checkpoints throughout the map. Once they get to the end, they have to hold off the elites until the Falcon arrives to get them to the final checkpoint. Sorta like Cave Freaks. Infact the Idea came from Cave Freaks by Insane54 and Shock Theta during the final days of Halo 3. Knowing I couldn't make the series on Halo 3, I waited ever so dearly for Halo:Reach. There are only 3 Classes for Each. Elites Spec Ops: Plasma Repeater + Plasma Pistol + Evade + 2 Plasma Grenades Warrior: Needle Rifle + Plasma Pistol + Active Camo + 1 Plasma Grenade Royal Zealot: Energy Sword + No Secondary + No Equipment + No Grenades Spartans Scout: Assualt Rifle + Magnum +Sprint + 1 Frag Medic: DMR + No Secondary + Drop Shield + 2 Frags Recon: Assualt Rifle + DMR + No Equipment + No Grenades Map takes place on the Island. Each class has its ups and downs. For Example: If everyone picked Royal Zealot off the bat and spartans had a Assualt Rifle, The Spartans would win due to the range of their weapon. Elites must think fast and smart in order to win. Spartans must use teamwork to survive and escape. Remember your trying to capture territories. Spartans don't worry, There are a couple of Weapons around the map from previous squads. Grenade Launcher help a little, Rockets are there but with very low ammo.
