OK I made another new sig. Same thing as last post, tell me what you think of it and how I can improve it. Like what I did right and what I did wrong. I like what I did in this one, but I don't know if that is just because I have bad taste. I accidently closed the first version before I saved, but this is just as good. This is it.
The colors, they're just off. I want to say the hue is off, but i'm not quite sure if thats it. Don't forget some type of border. Try to work a little more on text, because it can be a great signature, but the text is always the icing. Anyway, is that a Star Wars walker? It's hard to tell, because it's darkened so much. Try to add a little light so we can see whats the focal.
Yeah I was trying to see how I could make the walker just a little lighter. I wanted to make the cloud the focal point. What colors should I use instead? Should I make it in a few hues and you guys can tell me which is best? Also, what should I do to the text to make it better?
If you want the cloud to be the focal point, it will be more difficult. You're going to have to do something to the walker to make all the attention go to the clouds. I can't really help you, because I don't even know what to do to the walker to focus the attention on the clouds.
OK well I mean more that, I don't want all of the attention on the walker. Not absolutely on the clouds. Just ignore that then, and answer some of the other questions like how I can just make the walker brighter without affecting stuff around it and how I can fix the text.
In that case, the only thing I could think of us a filter>lighting source which would probably make it look worse or distort colors. If it's all on one merged layer, theres really not much you could do bro. I'm sorry.
It looks like you kind of just slapped text on there. Try to make it blend in with the background a little more by erasing some parts of it after you rasterize it and add possibly an inner/outer glow, maybe even a satin. Just don't let it look like you slapped it on there. Remember, don't color clash. What are you using? GIMP or PS?
