First one I made, not as good as the second: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HSEgXXOf5lk ...although it says it's the best lol, but hey, we all've got to have an ego sometimes =] Better one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4yVyU3aU1Dc Better than most montages out there....a lot better lol I might be making another one....idk rate and comment and tell me what you think please
That is a good montage, and the music always goes well with the kills. The SWAT extermination with a pistol was cool.
You should show whichever is best off in: this thread. They were really good, kill wise, though I didn't see very much syncing with the music personally... Also, I don't know if you are signed up for this next TGIF, but you should enter: This contest if you are.
you were right, that second one was a lot better than the first, but the video editing was good in both
Thanks for all the views and feedback. To answer some of your questions/whatever. I semi-synced it with the music, not all of it is. Tex: I haven't signed up, but I am quadrupling my RAM in a week or so....that means WAY faster editing which means WAY better videos....soooooo if you'd want to send me any videos or clips from a TGIF I'd be willing to make a video. EDIT: It's so friggin hard to get in a TGIF thing, they always fill up so fast.
For the second one, You had some interesting clips in there, but about 60% of it was singular no scopes. They really arent the kind of quality worth putting into a montage, also you added things like an overkill in a banshee, which doesnt prove anything. I saw no BR kills, or no multikills that showed skill. The song wasnt very great, i didn't hear much video/audio syncing. There was also no editing to be found. The clips just ran from one to the next, no transitons and no effects. Also, watching the clip in 3rd person and then in 1sts person only degrades the quality of the kill. We don't need to see a noscope twice to understand it. It was a good montage, as i said, some interesting clips, but most of it wasnt really worth adding in there. And i would look into some editing tutorials, unless ofcourse your using Windows Movie Maker, lol.
I agree a little and not so much with Matty. No-scopes can be rare at times, but you have them for a dime a dozen. I don't think I've ever seen that many in a montage, but if thats what you're good at, I hope you have a partner in the Doubles Tourney. I'll assume that you don't no-scope often though, but often enough to get plenty. Anyways, I believe that both of those videos were good, but you need to have some stuff that will really drop people's jaws.
It was mostly No Scopes. I like BR multiKills lik Matty said. But I like it when I see some editing in the video because it really shows the person was trying to do a good job. But niice No Scoping.
There were some cool strange kills and some nice sticks but I agree with matty. Single no scopes are not impressive, no scopes for multikills in combination with the BR are some of the best clips to put in a montage.
More Answers: Some of them I know I kinda forced in there. I know lol. I usually get at least 1 no scope when I have the sniper per game. For the second one I used garbage editing program...I know how to use AAE but I'm waiting for my RAM to come in before I start using that again. Annnnnd yeah, there were a lot of no scopes lol buuuuut I'd like to see you do that =] Thanks for the criticism and views once again!
