    HOW DO U MAKE NEW BACKGROUNDS?????

    I would agree with hellclown. If you where gunna use that as a sig, it should be a lot smaller and the background less busy. The font and render are good but I don't think pink goes well with it. Keep trying :)

    ps: yay I'm back from holiday. Oh damn, 51 emails...

    no blending or flow, ugly text and ugly background.

    The render doesn't blend. Colors don't blend. And the render is also too dark. The background is horrible. But considering its your first, not bad.

    Not horrible for your first time using the infamous GIMP program, but you will need to practice a lot before making quality images.

    Tips for the future:
    Avoid repetitive (repeating) images in the background or as the background.

    Use a font that isn't accidentally pixelly.

    Find a color/contrast scheme and stick with it. Only rainbows look good with every color on the color wheel.

    Regarding the green background and purple text, use this color scheme generator to help you with colors. Choose the main color you want to work with and it will choose some matching off-colors for you.

    Um, large sig is large? Seems a bit above the 500x200 limit.
    Render doesn't blend, no flow, basically what everyone else said.

    and i have no idea what blending/flowing is
