The question actually asked about the standard Halo 3 Campaign, not ODST. As for the others, I wouldn't have got 3 or 5 out of the ones you posted, but the others weren't too bad imo, I personally wouldn't call the first two in your post difficult at all, but the others were pretty challenging and I only happened to know 4 and 8 because I find myself browsing Halopedia every so often and read up on the Spartan II project pretty recently.
