I'm stuck at reach for the sky as well. I can only do "there are signs everywhere" occasionally.
If your lucky you can get between the net and the teleporters anywhere (I think). I have never managed to get over the teleporters though
I must have played this a few dozen times. It is so addictive. It is still possible to crouch jump the net ( with the help of a gravity hammer)...
