The custom content will not transfer but if you purchased Legendary map pack it will be avalible on all accounts on that xbox. I answered my own...
Thanks CorduroyChuck, I was searching another forum and it said the maps will save to hard drive not the account so the legendary pack should work...
Say I purchase the Legendary map pack and download 20 or so maps to that 1month account, the account expires then I purchase another account....
