You only see one side of the boxes usually. They use the open boxes as well. Just plan your map a bit better and you'll be fine.

Objects spawn a little differently than weapons. After a while the dumpster will disappear and respawn inside the box, but it will just get pushed...

Actually, using multiple doors to force it to merge works best. I use two running parallel to each other on each end.
Also, try doing it by yourself on Local. Sometimes being on Live an mess things up due to the lag between you and whoever is on there with you.
Yea and it costs around that for a gallon in some areas. I know Texas is around there. California is at nearly $3 a gallon last time I checked...
