I've had that happen too. From what I remember it didn't go away until after the second time I restarted.

That'll work fine. I used to have a problem where my internet would disconnect and kick me from the forge session if I forged online so I'd forge...
If you're working on one map, save, then switch to another map, always hit save as new map otherwise you are likely to save over the previous map....
