I don't even know what to tell you. Are you sure you saved it as a PNG? Because if you saved it as a jpg it won't accept the transparent background.

Actually, before I do anything. Try loading it up from your computer, rather than photobucket. That may be the problem.
I use photoshop. If you'd like, I could try and fix yours. lol
